Head Pastry chef - Michelin restaurant - Central London
Salary offered £30-35k
Experience in Michelin restaurants producing modern French cuisine supervising a pastry team of 5 is required for this role
As Head Pastry Chef you will need to have all knowledge and aspects in patisserie and would be responsible for training any junior chefs under your wing as well as sound knowledge of costings, menu development and being computer literate
You will be working closely with the Head chef to create new and exciting dessert menus and implement them for the 1* Michelin restaurant using classical and modern methods and techniques
You will need to have had stable experience in Michelin restaurants at senior level or at least 3AA rosettes for this position as Head pastry chef
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
