They are looking for Passionate and dedicated Chefs to join their team and have several openings to become part of this exciting venture from Junior Line Chefs to Sous Chef positions.
This will be a very busy and large volume dining experience producing classic, regional and modern Italian cuisine in a relaxed personal atmosphere and your personality will need to show.

Our client, a 4 star Hotel/Spa based on the Outskirts of Bicester are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their busy Kitchen.
The ideal candidate will be expected to be very flexible and able to work in all areas of the kitchen. Preparing food from sandwiches, to fine dining, to large plated service (up to 150) and buffets.
Working 5 days out of 7 and a variety of Early and late shifts on a rota basis you will work an average of 46 hours per week.
If asked to work for a wedding or large function at weekends from start to finish a £40 bonus will be paid.
It would ideally suit a chef from a hotel background that has had hotel experience so that they understand how the business works.
