Working within a sizable resort with 3 separate kitchens on site and plenty of internal opportunity you main dutie/ responsibility will be as follows: To ensure successful running of Section in Chef de Partie’s/ Sous Chef absence. Order accordingly for business levels with Sous-Chef’s assistance and run section in a tidy, organised and hygienic manner implementing good working practices with stock rotation. Previous hotel experience will be essential in view of the head chef role. You should present an enthusiastic attitude and willingness to work and develop within a rossette standard establishment Live in avaliable if required. You will work on a 5/7 day basis as business dictates.

Chef de Partie. Our client based in North London is recruiting a strong Chef de Partie capable of working on all sections of the kitchen. The Head Chef is recently appointed and has the backing of his managing director and Executive Chef to achieve 2AA Rosettes and become a destination restaurant offering fine dining.
You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a quality hotel or restaurant and have experience of working at 2AA Rosettes as a minimum. You will work in the a la carte kitchen and have no involvement with banqueting, room service, bar food and weddings which are dealt with in a separate kitchen.
