The successful chef de partie MUST have volume experience within high end hotels and restaurants

As chef de partie you will need to be organised, have good communication skills and be willing to work hard

Commis Chef - Luxury Hotel 2 Rosettes- Wiltshire

Commis Chef required for luxury 2 rosette country house hotel in Wiltshire.

Our client is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and career focused Commis Chef looking to work in a dynamic kitchen environment. As a Commis Chef you will be given the opportunity and trained on all sections of the kitchen working under a highly experienced and respected Head Chef.

The ideal Commis Chef will have at least 1 years experience working in a quality restaurant/ hotel kitchen. You will have ideally gained your NVQ Level 1 & 2 and have the determination and ambition to consistently produce outstanding dishes at 2 rosette level.

This award winning hotel has superb facilities including a stunning 75 cover fine dining restaurant, banqueting 300 and a world class spa. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brigade looking to gain further accolades!! Candidates with their own transport are preferred.
