Our client an independent high quality public house located on the outskirts of Guildford is currently looking for a Head Chef to lead their catering offering on site during lunch and dinner service.
An ideal opportunity for an experienced Suos Chef looking for their first Head Chef role or a Head Chef keen to implement their own menu ideas by assisting in periodic menus and daily specials as required.
You will work alongside an assistant however the HeadChef will be responsible for all aspects of hands on management including maintaining the health and safety standards, managing rotas and stock ordering as required, and be an excellent team player.
You will work on a 5/7 day basis. Service times from 1200-1500- lunch service and 1830-2130 dinner service.
A driver will be required for this role..
