A great opportunity to join the ambitious kitchen team of this AA 3 red star 2 rosette inn with 40 cover restaurant/bar and no banqueting. You will work closely with our experienced Head Chef who has excellent experience and pedigree for high quality cooking using fresh local produce befitting of a rural inn located in the picturesque northern dales. Award winning rural pub seeks a passionate Sous Chef to join the small team, on a fast track to becoming Head Chef. A passion for quality ingredients is essential, as our farm supplies the pub with British rare breeds and heritage produce and our reputation for excellent cuisine is growing!
