We are looking for two experienced Chef de Parties, with a love of food and the enthusiasm to be part of a great team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a similar environment working with fish and seafood, together with good pastry skills, be able to work well under pressure in an extremely fast paced kitchen, plus have excellent communication skills and exceptional food hygiene standards.
