The role is high volume and fast paced. With a large team of 15+ pumping out hundreds of covers per day, it goes without saying that your efficiency and energy will be paramount to your success.

This position reports directly to the Head Chef and owner of the restaurant. Manage the day to day operations of the kitchen and assist the Head Chef in all that is necessary. A sous chef must possess the ability to quickly and authoritatively delegate job tasks to a large staff. The sous chef is responsible for planning and directing food preparation in a kitchen.

This will involve a large degree of supervising other kitchen staff, as well as keeping an eye out for problems that arise in the kitchen and seizing control of a situation at a moment’s notice.
