is there anyone out there who might be able to help me ive just done a change over from restaurant chef to corperate head chef and feel lost i am a cooking chef and finding it hard being an office chef any advice

Well done congrats !

In two months you will be laughing about this, we always panic when we think we have bitten off to much.

The thing to do is break it all down to what you know, compartmentalize it as if it was your restaurant again.

What are you stuck on ?

hi there what it is i am verry dislecsic and not computer litrate
also trying to get my head round largwe number catering
im fine when i running ala carte menus
but never realy done lots of paperwork etc
verry dointing
but cant realy find any information that might help me and dont no any chefs in this style of operation .

The best place to try find a job in Catering is Adzuna. I just did a quick search and there are over 20,000 job vacancies for all standards of chef. Check it out

i can so relate to that i have been a corporate chef for 7 years now and the first year was the hardest
