Channel Fisheries now supplies a varied range of fresh fish and seafood to more than 300 hotels and restaurants all over Britain.

All our fish is purchased fresh every day from Brixham and Plymouth quaysides, (arguably amongst the finest fish markets in the UK) and prepared to our customer's individually requirements in our small, modern factory.

Naturally we offer a full range of services: filleting, skinning, trimming, steaking and so on, all to the exacting standards set by our customers, many of whom have Michelin Guide Stars and Good Food Guide recommendations to project.

The day's orders are all prepared under the most stringent conditions, then packed in ice and polystyrene containers and dispatched for overnight delivery.

Our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles cover the region Plymouth to Birmingham, central London and Oxfordshire, and Refrigerated Fish Transport Services deliver to the rest of the country.

Within central London and most other parts of the country, we can deliver up to five times a week.

Channel Fisheries' founding partners, Nigel Ward and Martin Purnell, firmly believe in the personal touch. Along with buying and selecting each day's fish, they handle all customer enquiries and orders themselves, whilst carefully supervising the daily routine of the company.
