Thermomix Masterclasses Led by Michelin Star Chefs

Michelin Star Chefs Alan Murchison and Chris Horridge together with Thermomix expert Janie Turner are delighted to invite you to the first in a series of full day, hands-on Thermomix Masterclasses at the new and exclusive Fine Dining Academy in Berkshire.

We have set dates for three Bronze Masterclasses:

Monday 28th June 2010, 9.30am to 4.30pm
Tuesday 20th July 2010, 9.30am to 4.30pm
Tuesday 31st August 2010, 9.30am to 4.30pm

The Bronze theme will be “Colour, Texture, Flavour, Speed”.

Alan Murchison is the only Chef to operate multiple Michelin Starred restaurants outside London (L’ortolan & La Bécasse) and the newly opened Paris House. He is also a finalist this week on BBC2’s Great British Menu.

Chris Horridge, formerly Head Chef of The Bath Priory and Executive Chef of Cliveden House, is the leading chef in the UK on nutrition and healthy eating, and he pioneers the latest research in this field.

Janie Turner is the Head of UK Thermomix and author of two Thermomix cookbooks.

Alan and/or Chris will host each Masterclass with Janie and they will teach you how to make the most of Thermomix in your kitchen. This is an opportunity to learn new Thermomix skills and explore how Thermomix can raise menu quality to another level.

For the Bronze Masterclass no previous Thermomix experience is necessary and will suit professional chefs as well as passionate foodies. The main topics of this course will be Colour, Texture, Flavour and Speed. During the day your hosts will help you recreate Michelin Starred recipes with ease. The proof will be in the tasting as the experience culminates in a delicious feast of your own making, being served in our beautifully styled country dining room. Lashings of laughter and wine will ensure it’s a truly memorable experience!

“Silver” and “Gold” Masterclasses will follow at The Fine Dining Academy later in the year.
