i'm a keen young chef but have got into this game a little late im 23 yrs old just got a year under my belt working at the black bull at rimington winner of the lanchashire dining pub of the year.
because i have started a little later than most im trying to get as much knowledge as possible in if anybody would be will to give the chance of a starge in michelein establishment i would be a keen learner and hard worker.
in my year at the bull i have benn mainly doing larder making pates terrines (fish,game,poultry,ham hock) and chutney.
