Back in the heat

After 19 years as a chef I decided to take some time out and travel round Europe, 3 years later I'm thinking it's time to get back in the kitchen so just checking what's out there :)

Welcome back!

There's still a lot going on, and probably cheffing is still one of the better trades to have under your belt in a credit crunch as people always need feeding.

Decided to train as a chef after almost 20 years down the mines, did C&G 706/1 & 2 on day release while doing regular nights at the pit and never regreted the move.

I think you are made of sterner stuff than me.

After 15 years behind the stove I am trying to get out, my back wont work, my knees are knackered and my kids dont know they have a father.

Been trying to get out for 28 years Bollocks I love every minute of it so the legs dont work my backs shagged and Ive the start of arthritis in my fingers but hey I bet it beats being down pits welcome back mate we are hardcore
