i have been a chef for 32 years and want to become an nvq assessor but cannot find a college that will supply me with two students to assess in my current job we have not got any trainees so at the moment i have hit a brick wall and it is so frustrating i would love to beable to further my career any hints or advice would be very much appreciated

get in contact with any college catering school they should be willing to help you. if not, contact city and guilds and ask them to put you in contact with the External Verifier closest to you. if you can provide me with an indication as to your location i may be able to advise further.
