ahhhhh i going to kill my restaurant manager...........

why why why do these fools we trust to take our hard work to the paying public insist on winding us up.......for example- friday night 45 beautiful covers half on tasting menu we send the last course, 11.10pm as i walk off for my 10th coffee of the day i hear "chef madame would like the sorbet without the flame, she is scared of naked fire" in a pathetic spanish tone. who is scared of naked flame on a sorbet and why did he not just blow it out. help i feel the need to put his head in a thermo mixer....

Aaaagh the age old question, Why ?

I fear that the thermo would be tooo good for his head, perhaps 20 min in the freezer would do the trick.
