Its been a bit quiet on here lately, so thought id ask the question

HOW'S THE CREDIT CRUNCH AFFECTING YOU, YOUR WORK PROSPECTS, YOUR BUSINESS?

Things still seem to be ticking over, but its up one minute down the next for me - no even path to tread

Hi

The "Credit Crunch" has the owner sneaking round the kitchen looking for "waste" its driving me insane !!

The restaurant has not seen any real drop in business, perhaps midweek evenings we have dropped down a couple of covers but lunch specials are flying out the door.

What to make of it ?
Not really sure, turnover roughly the same, I think it is affecting the boss mentally rather than the business, but then he always was a nutter.

Our Jan / Feb / March was steady, then April died a death, but back on track now, go figure ?

Owners, who needs them !
