I,ve got my own biz but need to keep up my work on the plate,so i just need some evening work with a fair rate of pay for some one who has been pan shaking for 25 years,from fine dining to gastro pubs.
I run my own biz so i know the need for some one trustwotrthy and who turns up.
so please use me but dont abuse me LOL

I cover surrey,sussex,and sw london, not for getting kent and will do most evenings.
