Hi all..I'm from Spain and I'm looking for a job as a Chef de partie in a hotel in Africa or Caribe as well. I used to work at Mallorca as a Sous chef in a hotel restaurant doing Mediterranean meals , like fresh fish, paellas, seafood, all homemade, any way i have experience in buffet, cattering and japanese . ..Thanks a lot
