From a certain Fish Restaurant in Padstow on the same night . The Lobster tail is a bit like a Muscle (yes thats what it swims with) Do all fish have bones. The Halibut is very fishy. A different restaurant on a relief A young Chef says too his boss what goes in the Lobster soup The arrogant twat of a Chef says Youve worked here for 4 years and you dont know what goes in the Lobster Soup The young lad says Ive looked at recipes in books and yours is different, The Chef looks happy and says what better. The boy says no everyone else puts lobster in it.

as service starts and soup is going out waitress comes in kitchen and says" chef lady in the dining car is gluten allergic, have we done her something different?"
well we would have if we were told in advance and not 30 seconds into service!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has anyone here heard of the Kitchen confessional? It seems to be spreading like wildfire and alot of chefs I know have posted their confessions to this website kitchenconfessional.co.uk I can't wait to see the book!!
