I would not say it's a crazy foam, but the most difficult one for me was a goats cheese foam

My most successful one and really fantastic was a wasabi foam.

that sounds mega,

have tried a truffle foam and turning bisques into foams...very tasty.

Truffle foam..........mmmmmmm, expensive, but sounds great.
